We use your information to connect you with independent water damage restoration companies serving your area, to contact you about your request, and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share your request with up to three independent restoration companies that serve your ZIP code. Those companies may pay Dryvale for referrals. They use your information under their own privacy policies. We also use service providers for hosting, form handling, analytics and call tracking; calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals.

Calls and texts

By submitting a request, you agree that Dryvale and participating companies may call or text you about it, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by calling (214) 555-0147.

Security and retention

We keep request data only as long as needed to handle referrals and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
